In accordance with the Victorian OHS Regulations 2017 & the harmonised Work Health & Safety Regulations (2011), audiometric testing is required at least every two years for all employees who are required to wear hearing protection. If you have a new starter, make sure to get them tested within 3 months of starting.
At Hive Audiometric, we provide onsite audiometric testing nationally with our fleet of mobile units. Our audiometric testing procedures comply with all of the requirements of Australian audiometric testing standards.
Because we come to you and conduct the testing inside our mobile units, we are able to cover all shifts with minimal disturbance whilst ensuring a minimum amount of downtime for your company.
For clients with their own testing facilities but not enough time, we can provide fully trained staff to conduct the audiometric testing for you.
We cover all major Australian cities including Melbourne, Adelaide, Sydney, Canberra, Brisbane, Perth, Hobart, and the majority of regional/country areas nationally.
In addition to audiometric testing, our audiometrist’s are trained with the knowledge to educate employees on the importance of protecting their hearing (both in the workplace and out).
